Curriculum

At APS we follow the South African Department of Education’s (DOE) National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) curriculum. We strive to excel in our teaching methodology. We believe that an effective education doesn’t just come from memorizing or lecturing. Active participation in the learning process entails analysing, discussing and collaborating – in order to comprehend and retain. The aim of our Educators is to encourage deep mental processing, student engagement with the class material and to empower students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.
